I recently upgraded to AVR Studio 5 for my Arduino UNO development. Studio 5 is based on the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development shell. It appears to be full featured and includes hardware debugging. This is much preferred for me as I am quite familiar with VS2010 and would rather develop in pure C/C++.
